Start your showEvery podcast has different needs. A solo narrator telling true-crime stories requires a different approach than a round-table discussion between four co-hosts. We structure our services around what your show actually demands, not a one-size package.
Book time in our treated recording space on Queen Spur, or let us set up a remote session through a low-latency connection. We record each participant on a separate track, which gives us much more flexibility in the edit. Sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes, and we keep raw backups for 90 days.
We cut filler words, level uneven audio, reduce room noise and add your intro and outro music. A standard 45-minute episode takes us about four hours of edit time. You receive a mixed stereo file in WAV and a loudness-normalized MP3 ready for upload, usually within three business days of recording.
We submit your RSS feed to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music and Google Podcasts. If you already have a hosting account, we work with it. If you don't, we set one up and manage the uploads for each episode. Show notes, chapter markers and episode artwork are included.
You send us a topic outline or guest brief at least two days before the session. On recording day, we handle the technical setup: microphone checks, headphone mixes, backup recorders. You talk. We stay out of the way unless something needs adjusting.
After the session, our editor reviews the raw tracks. Obvious mistakes get trimmed. Long pauses are shortened but not removed entirely, because a natural pause sounds better than a jump cut. Background hiss and mouth clicks are cleaned up with spectral editing rather than heavy noise gates, so your voice keeps its character.
Once the edit is done, we send you a private link to preview the episode. Most clients request one or two small changes. We turn revisions around within 24 hours. When you approve, we publish to your feed and send you the analytics dashboard link.
We charge per episode, not per month. That way, if you skip a week or take a summer break, you don't pay for silence.
One or two voices, up to 60 minutes of raw audio. Editing, mixing, show notes and upload included. $185 per episode. Volume discounts kick in at 8 episodes per month.
Three to five participants, remote or in-studio. Each voice on its own track. More editing time is needed, so the rate is $260 per episode for up to 75 minutes of raw audio.
For new shows that don't exist yet: we create your cover art, write your show description, produce a trailer episode and submit your feed to all major directories. $450 flat, plus the per-episode rate for your first three episodes.
All prices in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. We invoice after delivery, net 15 days.
